Chain Reaction Car Crash on U.S. 95

While it is unclear exactly who is at fault for which car caused the accident in this case, it is possible that a single motorist could be held responsible for injuries caused by some or all of the seven collisions. It is not uncommon for the motorist who starts a chain reaction collision to be found liable for all of the damages incurred during the entire mishap. Ironically, it appears that the chain reaction continued even though the initial two vehicles were obeying the law, which states that you must move your wrecked vehicle off of the roadway if possible after an car accident.

Was the oven altered by the owners in some way that caused it to be off balance, or is the appliance an example of a defective product? If the latter is the case, the boy’s relatives might be able to file a product liability lawsuit against the stove’s manufacturer.
