Farhan Naqvi

Farhan Naqvi has well over a decade of experience representing injured clients. Prior to that, he worked as an insurance defense lawyer, so he understands how the other side thinks. Farhan was voted Top Lawyer by both Vegas INC and Desert Companion magazines. He has successfully handled more than 4000 cases and has never lost a jury trial. Many of Farhan’s cases actually come from other lawyers who rely on his expertise. Farhan has published articles in the area of personal injury law and he frequently lectures on the topic. He currently holds the highest possible rating by both Martindale-Hubbell (“AV”) and Avvo (10.0 – Superb).

Elizabeth ColemanAttorney At Law

Elizabeth Coleman is an extremely gifted lawyer. She is a fierce settlement negotiator and excels in the areas of legal research, writing, and client relations. Elizabeth’s efforts litigating and arbitrating the firm’s cases has resulted in millions of dollars’ worth of settlements for Naqvi Injury Law clients.

Elizabeth is a graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she received the highest score of any student in her class in the areas of Pretrial Litigation and Trial Advocacy. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys exercising and attending music festivals.

Blake FriedmanAttorney at Law

Blake Friedman is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law. Blake joined the team as a law clerk during his second year of law school and has worked solely on personal injury cases ever since. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Team and earned CALI awards in Advanced Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy and Pre-Trial Litigation.

Blake was born and raised right here in Las Vegas, and is a graduate of Silverado High School. After high school, Blake attended the University of San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. When he is not at the office, Blake enjoys playing sports, attending concerts and athletic events, and traveling.

Paul AlbrightAttorney at Law

Paul is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law, where he scored in the top of his class in the areas of Negotiation, Pre-trial Litigation, Mediation Advocacy, and Legal Writing. Since joining the firm, Paul has fought tirelessly for our clients in cases involving complex products liability issues, catastrophic injury, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice. In his spare time, Paul enjoys exercising, playing sports, and spending time with his family. Paul is a third-generation Las Vegas native, whose family has lived in Las Vegas for over 80 years!

Meghan ReedAttorney at Law

Meghan Reed is a passionate and hardworking attorney at Naqvi Injury Law, licensed to practice in the state of Nevada and Colorado.

Meghan enjoys helping others and treats every client like family. She is an aggressive negotiator and excels in legal writing and client relations. Prior to joining Naqvi, Meghan worked in federal civil rights litigation for nearly a decade. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2006 where she zealously advocated on behalf of low-income clients in the Defender Aid Clinic. Meghan grew up on a cattle ranch in Wyoming and is a former college basketball player. When she isn’t in the office, you can find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events or on the golf course.

Sarah BandaAttorney at Law

Drawing from a wealth of litigation experience, Sarah possesses comprehensive knowledge in the fields of personal injury law, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice. Her forward-thinking and empathetic approach allows her to connect with friends and foes alike, while countless hours spent in the courtroom have sharpened her ruthless advocacy skills. Through a balance of strength and compassion, Sarah is able to provide thorough and effective legal representation to her clients.

Sarah is a Las Vegas native who graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Economics. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2010. Away from the office, Sarah uses her leadership skills to keep her husband and three boys in line. She also enjoys running, playing indoor soccer, and traveling the world.

Robert LoftusAttorney at Law

Robert is an attorney that brings a diverse skill set to Naqvi Injury Law with a background in business finance and ongoing experience in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. Prior to joining the Naqvi team, he gained valuable insight into multiple areas of law through internships for the Nevada Secretary of State Securities Division, the U.S. Senate’s Las Vegas Immigration Division, and the Clark County District Attorney’s Appellate Division. He also worked as an insurance defense attorney and served as a judicial law clerk. While earning his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law, Robert achieved membership to the prestigious Gaming Law Journal. Additionally, he obtained his Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Clients can expect to benefit not only from Robert’s extensive knowledge, but also his geniality. He welcomes challenges with a friendly smile and relaxed confidence. Robert’s cheerful nature perfectly complements his hard-working ambition, giving him all the tools to represent clients during their time of need. When he’s not in the office, Robert enjoys hiking, traveling, and serving in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Judge Advocate.

Ellie NaqviLegal Administrator

Ellie is the legal administrator at the firm. She has several years of managerial and human resource experience. She graduated from York University – Toronto, Canada, where she was an elected student Senator, was named to the Dean’s list, and served on prestigious executive committees. Ellie has worked in the personal injury field for many years and truly enjoys helping injured clients getting their lives back. She ensures the staff provides the highest level of customer service at all times, while maintaining a fun, and happy work environment for the employees.

When not at work, Ellie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys good food and exercising.

Jenae PageOffice Manager

In her capacity as the office manager, Jenae is responsible for all the day-to-day operations at the firm. She is a problem-solving virtuoso who always has the right answers thanks to her tremendous insight and impeccable judgment. She balances fierce determination with benevolent charm and is never too busy to offer a smile.

Aside from Farhan and Ellie, Jenae is the longest tenured employee at the firm. Through many years of working side by side, the Naqvis have become more like family than co-workers to Jenae. Her unshakable loyalty is a testament to both her character and the Naqvis’ generosity. Together, they have developed a cooperative and jovial atmosphere at Naqvi Injury Law where hard work and fun times go hand in hand.

When Jenae isn’t taking care of business at the office, you can typically find her traveling the world and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two brilliant children.

Bonnie LopezClaims Team Manager

Bonnie Lopez is a claims team manager here at Naqvi Injury Law. She moved to Las Vegas from Phoenix, Arizona and joins the firm with 11 years of personal injury experience. In Arizona, Bonnie worked at one of the largest personal injury law firms and held various management positions. Not only is she proficient in client satisfaction, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every client walks away with a positive Naqvi experience.

In her free time, you will find Bonnie spending time with her family be it traveling, shuffling kids to soccer games, gymnastics practice, football games, or just enjoying movie night at home. Her motto is “treat others the way you would like to be treated” and she carries that motto in the way interacts with every person that comes her way.

Eileen RichLitigation Paralegal

Eileen is a legal assistant in our litigation department at Naqvi Injury Law. She is an extremely valuable member of our team with her years of experience in the personal injury field. Eileen provides support in all facets of the firm and is a true team player. Prior to her legal career, she perfected her customer service skills as a wedding coordinator as well as the director of sales at a medical company. She knows the value of keeping our clients happy and will always be sure to leave you with a smile on your face.

When Eileen is not working diligently at the office, she enjoys relaxing with her friends and family. You will often find her with Liz at the Cannery casino playing bingo.

Elvira MolinaTeam 2 Lead – Accounting and Distributions

Elvira is a serious multi-tasker and has many important duties within the firm, including client relations, distribution of cases and assisting the office manager with many different tasks. Elvira previously worked in the medical field and this experience allows Elvira to better serve the firm’s clients. She is a team player, and you can always count on her to get something done in a pinch.

Elvira enjoys spending quality time with her husband, and especially enjoys traveling. During her free time, she likes to do activities like dancing, cooking, volunteer work for church or just simply spending time with friends and family.

Tracie BeckerTeam 1 Lead – Accounting and Distributions

Tracie is a team lead at Naqvi Injury Law. She joined the team after moving to Las Vegas from California where she worked as an Administrative Assistant and managed a busy customer service call center. Her background allows her to be very organized and efficient. Further, her 9 years of customer service experience ensures that she treats every person she encounters with the utmost respect and kindness. In her free time, Tracie enjoys going to the gym, shopping and visiting the Strip.

Bobby HunterLitigation Paralegal

Robert is a litigation paralegal at Naqvi Injury Law who excels at legal writing, performing research and maintaining positive client relations. He joined our team with more than ten years of paralegal experience under his belt, which equipped him with the knowledge he needs to provide invaluable support to our attorneys in the litigation process.

Robert is a Las Vegas native, although he did leave the area temporarily to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Family, sports and music occupy most of Robert’s free time, and he has been a regular practitioner of Bikram Yoga since 2007. His lovely wife and adorable son are essential to his understanding that meaningful joy is achieved through being fully present and invested in what you do in life, and he is thrilled to be surrounded by so many other vibrant, happy people here at Naqvi Injury Law.

Maggie MartinelliCase Manager

Maggie is a case manager at Naqvi Injury Law with over 6 years of personal injury experience. She has spent most of her life living in Las Vegas. Prior to beginning her career as a legal assistant she worked as a secretary at a law firm where her commitment and hard work allowed her to move up to several different positions at the firm.

Maggie is very family-oriented and prides herself on being surrounded by positive influences. Her husband, daughter, and son are the most important people in her life and she credits her happy demeanor to the joy they bring her every day. Maggie treats everyone that she meets as if they are family and her dedication to the law is what makes her an asset to Naqvi Injury Law.

Kayla JenkinsCase Manager

Kayla has been in the customer service field for 9 years. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and will be graduating in May of 2017. After she receives her bachelor’s degree, Kayla plans on attending law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law.

In her spare time, Kayla likes to spend time with family and friends, travel, snowboard, watch television, and take the family jet ski out.

Randi GomezAssistant to Farhan R. Naqvi, Esq.

Prior to joining Naqvi Injury Law, Randi was a manager at a luxury store on the busy Las Vegas Strip for over 5 years. With Randi’s background, she has the skills to provide high end customer services to our valued clients.

During Randi’s downtime, she enjoys staying social surrounding herself with family and friends. Randi and her husband love taking weekend trips to Los Angeles to catch a Dodgers game or back home to Arizona to enjoy the desert outdoors with family.

Jenny ArbizuInvestigations Legal Assistant

Jennifer was born and raised in Las Vegas. Currently pursuing a degree in business, Jennifer plans on joining the paralegal program after she obtains her degree. Jennifer loves working in the legal field but most of all, she likes being able to make a difference in the lives of our clients. In her spare time, Jennifer spends time with family, takes her daughters on adventures and explores new types of food.

Bailey WeirauchTeam 3 Lead - Accounting and Distributions

Born and raised in sunny Las Vegas, Bailey Weirauch recently spent a few chilly semesters studying at Northern Arizona University. At NAU Bailey was an active member of Alpha Omicron Pi and was committed to paying it forward by serving charities such as Project Homeless and Health Active Research Team. Since she's been happily back home in Las Vegas, Bailey has been busy serving in customer service roles. Her youthful energy and helpful attitude makes her a great team player here at the firm.

Bailey is currently pursuing her business degree, and later has plans to attend law school. When work and school permits, Bailey enjoys exploring Nevada off the beaten path or spending time with friends and her large, extended family in the Valley.

Tarah RyanCase Manager

Tarah has been in the legal field since 2006. She started off as a file clerk and then transitioned into being a legal assistant at an insurance defense firm. She then received her paralegal certificate in 2012 from the University of Arizona and in 2016, she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix. Tarah loves to help people, has great organization, research, customer service and multi-tasking skills.

Tarah has lived in Las Vegas for almost her entire life, but most of her family lives on the East Coast. In her spare time, Tarah enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, traveling, especially to Disneyland and Disneyworld, watching football (Go Eagles!), shopping and hiking.

Rachel BoundsLitigation Paralegal

Rachel is a litigation paralegal at Naqvi Injury Law. She previously worked for an insurance defense firm as a paralegal with her main focus on general liability cases. She has assisted in multiple trials, has great customer service and organizational skills, and is a true go getter.

Rachel was born and raised in Las Vegas. She loves traveling, camping, going trail riding in their side by side with her husband and their three dogs. She also is a huge Pittsburg Steelers fan, loves shopping, and loves spending her Friday nights at the Speedway watching her husband race their vehicle up the track.

Andrea MiccoCase Manager

Andrea joins the firm with many years of experience in the legal field. She started her career as a receptionist and was given the opportunity to learn and move up to legal assistant and case manager positions. Her background and experience allows her to deliver great client service and assist people in rebuilding their lives after an injury.

In her downtime you can find Andrea spending time with her husband and family, shopping, reading, exploring and photographing the beauty Nevada has to offer.

Cynthia MelendezIntake Specialist

Cynthia has extensive experience in customer care and client interaction. She is truly passionate about providing the utmost care and attention to everyone around her. This is one of the many reasons Cynthia decided to pursue a career in the legal field.

Cynthia loves DIY projects and spending time with her family. When she's not primitive camping or rock scrambling, you can find Cynthia nestled in her home reading a good book or watching documentaries with her two daughters.

Alejandra AlvarezIntake Specialist Supervisor

Alejandra’s youthful ambition and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction make her an ideal fit for the firm. Fueled by a passion to help others, she works tirelessly to improve our clients’ lives. Her gregarious nature and unmistakable warmth allow her to bond with people from all walks of life, and she has a special ability to make acquaintances feel like lifelong friends.

When she is not brightening up our office, she stays busy earning her college degree with the goal of parlaying her considerable social skills into a career as a marriage counselor. In her free time, you might find her delighting in an afternoon at Disneyland or playing with her three adorable puppies.

Ashley OstranderIntake Specialist

Ashley joins Naqvi Injury Law with over a decade of experience in high-end customer service. Prior to joining Naqvi Injury Law, Ashley worked as a manager at a five-star hotel & resort in Las Vegas. Ashley draws on her past experience to provide the highest level of service to our clients. She received her BA in Criminal Justice from California State University, Chico as well as her Paralegal certificate from University Las Vegas, Nevada.

During her spare time, Ashley enjoys taking hunter/jumper-riding lessons, shopping, traveling and spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and miniature pincher.

Karizma HernandezCase Manger

Karizma, a case manager at Naqvi Injury Law, joined our team eager to help and build relationships with clients and colleagues. Karizma has lived in Las Vegas for over 21 years and graduated from Las Vegas High School. She loves being involved in the community and is an active volunteer at Three Square food bank.

When Karizma is away from the firm, she enjoys going on adventures with her daughter and spending quality time with her family and loved ones. She also takes a lot of pride in her Hispanic heritage and loves to express it by cooking authentic Mexican dishes.

Gabriella UribeCase Manager

Gabriella is a Case Manager who approaches each day with a cheerful disposition and unyielding determination. She is well-seasoned in the field of personal injury law, having amassed nine years of PI experience prior to teaming up with Naqvi Injury Law. Gabriella began her legal career as a file clerk and quickly shot up through the ranks due to her remarkable work ethic and affable nature. She continues to climb the ladder of success and is currently pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies.

In her spare time, Gabriella enjoys traveling with her husband and three children. Two of her favorite destinations are Disneyland and AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants.

Nidia MellinReceptionist

Nidia’s bright smile lights up the reception desk at Naqvi Injury Law. Prior to joining the firm, she mastered the art of maintaining poise under pressure while supervising a utility company’s customer service call center. She is always happy to help and meets every challenge with grace and unending patience.

Nidia is a California transplant who seizes every opportunity to return to the beach. Otherwise, away from the office she can typically be found at the gym or curled up in bed reading a good book. She is a devoted wife and loving mother of two handsome boys.

Katie VescoCase Manager

Katie is another Las Vegas native working at Naqvi Injury Law. She joined the firm with an extensive legal background, which includes managing a legal services company and working as a paralegal for an insurance defense firm. Her witty sense of humor and easygoing nature make her a pleasure to be around.

Katie is an avid traveler who has visited over 30 states and 11 countries … and counting. Like everyone else at the firm, she is a huge VGK fan. She also roots for the Chargers and Padres. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, shopping and playing bingo.

Thais SepulvedaIntake Specialist

Having grown up in New York City, Thais understands the value of having a strong work ethic and an open mind. But what really makes her shine is her outgoing, warm-hearted attitude. She always wears a smile on her face and knows just what to do to make her clients feel welcome and at ease.

Away from work, Thais enjoys spending her days with family out in the Vegas heat and her nights with friends under the Vegas lights.

Jessica SudjaritCase Manager

Jessica’s enduring pursuit of knowledge and purpose led her to Naqvi Injury Law where her awareness and compassion are put to good use. She joined the firm with nearly a decade of pertinent experience, including time spent as a legal assistant for an insurance defense firm. Authenticity is one of her greatest assets, along with her exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Jessica is deeply invested in the local community as she was born and raised in Las Vegas. She values quality time with loved ones and is always looking forward to her next adventure, whether in the form of traveling, reading or crafting.

Tayler FloryLegal Assistant

Tayler joined our team thanks to a love of the Las Vegas community and the desire to help serve the people of that community. Born in Wisconsin, she has lived in a variety of places around the world due to her time in the United States Air Force but the vibrancy, diversity, and wonderful weather of the valley is why she now calls it her “forever home”. Coming from several years in military and public education service, Tayler’s commitment to the public and experience with customer service will only enhance her ability to serve our clients and contribute to the five-star reputation of the firm.

When not at the firm, Tayler is hard at work studying for her Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics or spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys photography, hiking, learning new languages, reading, and traveling to anywhere and everywhere in the world.

Yessica Sanchez-Bran Intake Specialist

Yessica is a Las Vegas native who possesses an inherent sense of optimism, which she uses to provide outstanding customer service in her role as an intake specialist at Naqvi Injury Law. She understands our clients’ needs and applies her glass-half-full outlook to create a positive atmosphere under any circumstance.

Yessica takes great pleasure in meeting new people and making new friendships both at work and in her free time. She is always staying active and social, whether exercising at the gym or going out with her friends.

Rosa Rosales Litigation Paralegal

Rosa serves as a paralegal in the litigation department and performs a variety of tasks geared toward trial preparation. She joined the Naqvi team already well-versed in the field of personal injury law thanks to her prior experience as a paralegal for an insurance defense firm. Rosa takes pride in her superb multi-tasking and organizational skills, and she strives to make every day more productive than the last.

Rosa originally hails from California. She moved to Las Vegas in 2001 and feels at home under the neon lights, but still takes beach getaways as often as possible. Rosa has a passion for dancing and live music. However, her strongest passion is for her three loving sons with whom she enjoys visiting amusement parks and letting her inner child run wild.

Dionna Calderon Intake Specialist

Dionna is from the small town of Needles, CA. She developed an interest in the law at a young age and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in 2017. Dionna plans to continue her education in legal studies, and there is no limit to her potential. She takes great pride in the quality of her work and is always eager to lend a helping hand. She is willing to come in early, stay late, and do whatever is necessary to ensure that her job is done well.

Dionna loves to help people and is grateful to be a part of the Naqvi family, working for a firm that truly cares and does so much to give back to the community. In her spare time, Dionna enjoys traveling, attending music and sporting events, and spending time with her friends and family.

Amoi Fong Assistant-Accounting and Distributions

Amoi was raised in Coupeville, a town in the Pacific Northwest with a population of less than 2,000. Growing up in such a tight-knit community, Amoi has been instilled with the values of kindness, generosity and service, and she naturally treats everyone as family. Prior to joining the firm, Amoi managed the operations of a high-volume retail store for ten years, which taught her the importance of providing quality customer service. Amoi was happy to recognize those same core values and dedication to customer service at Naqvi Injury Law, and she continues to live up to that high standard each day.

Amoi is currently pursuing her Associate of Science degree with which she plans to one day embark on a career as an ultrasound technician. In her free time, she enjoys listening to Country music, shopping, and cooking.

Cynthia Lindsay Case Manager

Cynthia’s diverse professional background includes working as a branch manager for a financial institution, managing her own fitness club franchise, and spending several years as an analyst for an investment group. She also attended Michigan State University, where she majored in Human Development Family Services. Since moving back home to Las Vegas, she has successfully applied her wide-ranging expertise and proven to be an integral part of the Naqvi family as evidenced by her swift promotion to the position of case manager.

During her time away from the office, Cynthia enjoys traveling, going to music festivals, and rooting on the MSU Spartans with her husband and their miniature yorkie named Sparty. Go Green!
