Paul is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed to represent clients in all of Nevada’s state and federal courts. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law, where he scored in the top of his class in the areas of Negotiation, Pre-trial Litigation, Mediation Advocacy, and Legal Writing. Since joining the firm, Paul has fought tirelessly for our clients in cases involving complex products liability issues, elevator injuries, catastrophic injury, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
Paul is a third-generation Las Vegas native who cares deeply about the Las Vegas community, its visitors, and residents. Prior to joining the firm, Paul attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. In his spare time, Paul enjoys exercising, playing sports, and spending time with his family.

She is ruthless in negotiations, and leaves no stone unturned in investigations to expose safety issues and overturn liability denials. Meghan enjoys getting to know her clients, and is truly passionate about delivering zealous representation and the ultimate customer service experience.
Meghan is no stranger to rolling up her sleeves to get the job done and fighting for the win. She is a former basketball player and grew up on a cattle ranch near Gillette, Wyoming. She is a graduate of University of Wyoming College of Law and Chadron State College in Nebraska. Prior to relocating to Nevada in 2015, Meghan was in-house counsel for the Colorado Department of Corrections working on federal civil rights litigation and prison reform. While in law school, she assisted the Wyoming Public Defender’s Office appellate division on homicide and death penalty cases and worked as a case manager to disabled and at-risk youth in the community. When Meghan is not working, she is with her two children, Traejan and Justice, and beloved pitbull, Deoji. She also enjoys being with her Naqvi co-workers, attending sporting events and golfing.

Michael is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed to represent clients in Nevada and California. He received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California where he graduated Cum Laude and with honors in Business Law. Michael obtained multiple Dean’s List distinctions and received the top grade in his classes for Legal Writing and Negotiation and Arbitration Resolution. Michael primarily helps clients with cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury.
Michael has practiced law on both sides of the personal injury law. After clerking for Judge Valarie Adair in Nevada District Court, he worked for an insurance defense firm. Michael realized his passion for helping people switched to the plaintiff’s personal injury where he is able zealously advocate for the rights of injured clients. Michael was born and raised in Las Vegas and loves this community. In his spare time, Michael enjoys golfing, playing and watching sports, and attending live music shows.

She is proud to bring this experience with her in ensuring her client’s interests are well represented. Melissa has since used her skills to fight tirelessly for our clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Melissa attended California State University, Northridge, where she graduated magna cum laude and was on the Dean’s List during her entire undergrad career. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, and exploring the new city she calls home.

Jake also scored in the top of his class in the areas of Pretrial Litigation, Civil Procedure, and International Human Rights Law. Jake also received a CALI Award for scoring the highest in his Sports Betting & Fantasy Sports class.
Jake originally joined the Naqvi team as a clerk while he was still attending law school. As a law clerk, Jake gained valuable litigation experience assisting senior attorneys as they handled complex cases involving wrongful death, commercial vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Jake is passionate about helping people receive restitution for the harm they suffered as a result of the wrongdoing of others.
Born and raised in California, Jake first moved to Nevada to attend the University of Nevada, Reno where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduation, Jake moved to Las Vegas to begin his legal career, and has absolutely fallen in love with all the city has to offer. In his free time, Jake enjoys exploring Nevada’s beautiful public lands on his ATV and working on his truck.

Ana was born in Mexico but has lived in Las Vegas since she was 2. Since a young age, Ana loved to help others and envisioned herself as an attorney. Ana attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Ana then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. During her time in law school, Ana took courses specializing in insurance law, litigation strategies and negotiations, and clerked at a criminal defense firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Ana worked as a practicing attorney at a property law firm defending clients against banks. In her spare time, Ana enjoys trying new foods, traveling, spending time with her family and golden retriever Milly, and if she has time—napping.

Nikki is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed to practice in Nevada and the District of Columbia. She received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. where she graduated with honors. Nikki served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and as a student attorney in the Health Rights Law Clinic, where she helped low-income clients access critical medical care. She was awarded an ABA and Bloomberg Award for Excellence in the Study of Health Law. Nikki is also a proud Trojan, earning both a BS in Public Policy and Law and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
Nikki has always been a fierce defender of her clients’ rights. Prior to joining the firm, Nikki investigated and prosecuted employers for engaging in unfair labor practices as an attorney with the federal government. Her past experience being seriously injured by a drunk driver drives her desire to succeed in getting the best possible recovery for her clients. Nikki knows first-hand how important it is that her clients feel heard and supported throughout the process of obtaining justice.

During his time in law school, he was a Senior Staffer on the Nevada Law Journal and took courses to specialize in business and commercial law.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a practicing attorney at a medical malpractice firm defending hospitals. After gaining substantial litigation experience, Michael wanted to switch to plaintiffs' personal injury, where he could help people and ensure the maximum recovery for their injuries. Having grown up in Las Vegas, Michael is dedicated to giving back to the community that he has called home for most of his life. In his free time, Michael enjoys snowboarding, exercising, cooking, and spending time with his pets.

Aaron is a combat veteran with the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division, where he led his fellow soldiers on dozens of combat patrols during his deployment to Afghanistan. His military service taught him the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication in challenging and dynamic environments.
Transitioning from Aaron's military service to his role as a fierce advocate for his clients, his experience in the military instilled in him invaluable qualities such as composure, patience, and a focus on strategic objectives—traits that directly benefit his approach to legal advocacy.
Aaron earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Security from the University of Washington in Seattle. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he completed mediation and negotiation courses from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
Aaron's professional experience extends beyond traditional legal roles. He has worked at various startups on their legal teams, focusing on regulatory compliance and legal operations. Additionally, Aaron has gained valuable insights into legal strategy and advocacy through his work for a jury consulting firm.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys playing pickleball and golf, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife and their two Goldendoodles, Molly and Bogey.

She graduated from York University – Toronto, Canada, where she was an elected student Senator, was named to the Dean’s list, and served on prestigious executive committees. Ellie has worked in the personal injury field for many years and truly enjoys helping injured clients getting their lives back. She ensures the staff provides the highest level of customer service at all times, while maintaining a fun, and happy work environment for the employees.
When not at work, Ellie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys good food and exercising.

In her capacity as the office manager, Jenae is responsible for all the day-to-day operations at the firm. She is a problem-solving virtuoso who always has the right answers thanks to her tremendous insight and impeccable judgment. She balances fierce determination with benevolent charm and is never too busy to offer a smile.
Aside from Farhan and Ellie, Jenae is the longest tenured employee at the firm. Through many years of working side by side, the Naqvis have become more like family than co-workers to Jenae. Her unshakable loyalty is a testament to both her character and the Naqvis’ generosity. Together, they have developed a cooperative and jovial atmosphere at Naqvi Injury Law where hard work and fun times go hand in hand.
When Jenae isn’t taking care of business at the office, you can typically find her traveling the world and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two brilliant children.

Elvira is a serious multi-tasker and has many important duties within the firm, including client relations, distribution of cases and assisting the office manager with many different tasks. Elvira previously worked in the medical field and this experience allows Elvira to better serve the firm’s clients. She is a team player, and you can always count on her to get something done in a pinch.
Elvira enjoys spending quality time with her husband, and especially enjoys traveling. During her free time, she likes to do activities like dancing, cooking, volunteer work for church or just simply spending time with friends and family.

Bonnie Lopez is a claims team manager here at Naqvi Injury Law. She moved to Las Vegas from Phoenix, Arizona and joins the firm with 11 years of personal injury experience. In Arizona, Bonnie worked at one of the largest personal injury law firms and held various management positions. Not only is she proficient in client satisfaction, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every client walks away with a positive Naqvi experience.
In her free time, you will find Bonnie spending time with her family be it traveling, shuffling kids to soccer games, gymnastics practice, football games, or just enjoying movie night at home. Her motto is “treat others the way you would like to be treated” and she carries that motto in the way interacts with every person that comes her way.

Outside of work, Eileen obtained a degree in legal studies while raising her three children. All that and she still finds time to brunch so hard. Whether sipping on champagne or working late to meet a deadline, Eileen will leave you with a smile on your face.

When Tracie isn’t crunching numbers at the office, she enjoys practicing Pilates, or going to music festivals and being a cat mom. Regardless of where she is or what she is doing, her conscientious and fun-loving attitude is always on display.

Robert is a Las Vegas native, although he did leave the area temporarily to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Family, sports and music occupy most of Robert’s free time, and he has been a regular practitioner of Bikram Yoga since 2007. His lovely wife and adorable son are essential to his understanding that meaningful joy is achieved through being fully present and invested in what you do in life, and he is thrilled to be surrounded by so many other vibrant, happy people here at Naqvi Injury Law.

Maggie is very family-oriented and prides herself on being surrounded by positive influences. Her daughter and son are the most important people in her life and she credits her happy demeanor to the joy they bring her every day. Born and raised in sunny Las Vegas, Bailey ventured out and attended chilly Northern Arizona University. At NAU Bailey was an active member of Alpha Omicron Pi and was committed to paying it forward by serving charities such as Project Homeless and Health Active Research Team. Bailey comes from a heavy customer service background and her meticulous and helpful attitude allows her to serve our clients in the accounting and distributions department.
When work permits, Bailey enjoys exploring Nevada off the beaten path with her husband and two children or spending time with friends and her large, extended family in the Valley.

Tarah has been in the legal field since 2006. She started off as a file clerk and then transitioned into being a legal assistant at an insurance defense firm. She then received her paralegal certificate in 2012 from the University of Arizona and in 2016, she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix. Tarah loves to help people, has great organization, research, customer service and multi-tasking skills.
Tarah has lived in Las Vegas for almost her entire life, but most of her family lives on the East Coast. In her spare time, Tarah enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, traveling, especially to Disneyland and Disneyworld, watching football (Go Eagles!), shopping and hiking.

Nidia is a California transplant who seizes every opportunity to return to the beach. Otherwise, away from the office she can typically be found at the gym or curled up in bed reading a good book. She is a devoted wife and loving mother of two handsome boys.

Born in Wisconsin, she has lived in a variety of places around the world due to her time in the United States Air Force but the vibrancy, diversity, and wonderful weather of the valley is why she now calls it her “forever home”. Coming from several years in military and public education service, Tayler’s commitment to the public and experience with customer service will only enhance her ability to serve our clients and contribute to the five-star reputation of the firm.
When not at the firm, Tayler enjoys photography, travel, learning new languages, kendo, and spending time with her husband and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Enyi.

She is willing to come in early, stay late, and do whatever is necessary to ensure that her job is done well.

Cynthia’s diverse professional background includes working as a branch manager for a financial institution, managing her own fitness club franchise, and spending several years as an analyst for an investment group. She also attended Michigan State University, where she majored in Human Development Family Services. Since moving back home to Las Vegas, she has successfully applied her wide-ranging expertise and proven to be an integral part of the Naqvi family as evidenced by her swift promotion to the position of case manager.
During her time away from the office, Cynthia enjoys traveling, going to music festivals, and rooting on the MSU Spartans with her husband and their miniature yorkie named Sparty. Go Green!

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Ashley joined the Naqvi team with prior knowledge and experience in the medical field. She has learned first-hand the importance of care our clients need and deserve in such difficult times. Ashley is currently training to one day join the police academy and is also continuing her education by pursuing a degree in forensic science.
Away from the office, you can find Ashley playing tourist in the city trying all the new hot spots, watching scary movies and shopping.

Away from the office, Katrin is a dedicated mother to her beautiful twins and a 100lb German Shepherd. Together they enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. Katrin loves to cook and has some serious sewing skills. The outdoor opportunities and exploring the southwestern states are her favorite part of living in Nevada.

Alex was introduced to the legal field at a law firm in Wyoming where she began as a legal assistant. Jennifer is originally from El Paso, Texas, but has called Las Vegas her home for more than fifteen years. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology before deciding to further her career and education, obtaining a degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of Southern Nevada. Noemi is married with three amazing boys (two of which are identical twins) and is a bonus mom to another three wonderful children (two of which are also twins). She loves having a big family with a busy household. To relax, Noemi loves to travel, and her favorite destination is New York City. You can also find Noemi’s household getting loud on game days when the Dallas Cowboys or the New York Yankees are playing. It is unfortunate her husband cheers for the 49ers, but it makes some game days just more interesting.

Chelse attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology with the goal of one day being a lawyer. Throughout her undergraduate career, Chelse learned the importance of professionalism, accountability, integrity, and respect; concepts she applies to all areas of her life. Through her prior work experience in customer service, Chelse learned the value of empathy and treating people with the utmost respect and kindness. This is what drove Chelse to seek a position at Naqvi Injury Law. She was drawn to their exceptional customer service and ability to treat each and every client as if they were family.
Outside of her time at the office, Chelse spends a majority of her time prepping for the LSAT. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family, playing her violin, recording music, going on extensive Netflix binges, dirt biking, and traveling.

After high school, Sarai moved from her small town of Jackpot, NV to Las Vegas to attend UNLV where she graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice and minor in Political Science. More recently, Sarai completed a paralegal certificate course. She is passionate about her work and Sarai is always eager to help.
In her free time, Sarai enjoys exploring the beautiful nature that surrounds Las Vegas, whether it be hiking at Red Rock and Mt. Charleston or swimming in the Colorado River. She also enjoys going to music festivals (avid Life is Beautiful goer!), tending to her plants, and trying new vegan restaurants in town!

Shany is a dedicated and ambitious law clerk in our firm’s esteemed litigation department. As a law clerk, Shany has shared an office with Elizabeth Coats, Paul Albright, and Jason Miller where she has gained immense practical and legal knowledge.
During her time in law school, Shany was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Eric Johnson where she sat through five jury trials. Through this experience, Shany gained firsthand exposure to the intricacies of the courtroom.
Now, as Shany completes her final year of law school, she is equipped with a wealth of knowledge regarding the complexities of litigation. We are eager for her to graduate, pass the Nevada Bar exam, and embark on the next chapter of her legal journey as a personal injury attorney. We are positive she will continue to excel and aid those who have been wrongfully injured.

She levied these skills into a career in education where she worked in a local high school with Spanish first language students and taught English as a second language in France. Rachael’s extensive background in language learning and education serve as a valuable asset in joining Naqvi Injury Law. Compassion, relentlessness, and excellence are at the center of everything Rachael does, whether it be motivating students to excel in every situation or ensuring that our clients receive the best legal help possible. After four years of active-duty service, Jose decided to move back to Las Vegas and complete his last three years of military service in the United States Army Reserves. He also attended the College of Southern Nevada and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where Jose earned his Associates of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Spanish for the Professions. In his spare time, Jose enjoys sports, music festivals, hiking, and traveling.

It was her singing career that first led her to Las Vegas at age 20, and since then she has performed in almost every Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. She has had many performances on Cruise Ships, Resort Hotels, and Nightclubs in 18 different countries around the world. She is so grateful for the stability, flexibility, camaraderie, and family atmosphere she has found working at Naqvi Injury Law. Although born and raised in California, Samira has found herself loving the city and community that is Las Vegas. She loves to help those around her, making her the perfect fit for Naqvi Injury Law. Samira has several years of experience in patient care and 5-star customer service allowing her to be compassionate to those who need it. Samira takes pride in having a strong work ethic, while still maintaining an out-going personality. She loves to make others laugh and brighten up a room.
Outside of work, Samira enjoys spending her free time playing with her dog, shopping, and finding new ways to be creative. She also enjoys discovering new food places and going to baseball/basketball games.

Diego was born and raised in San Diego, CA, but has called Las Vegas his second home for decades. His passion for advocacy can be traced back to his participation in SD County’s Mock Trial competition for La Jolla Country Day’s inaugural team. While at Whittier College, he revived the school’s dormant Speech & Debate Club. He frequented Las Vegas as a college student to campaign for local, state, and federal candidates.
Upon graduating, he began working for an attorney/mediator who entrusted Diego with managing his first personal injury caseload. He learned how to handle all aspects of pre-litigation from intake to settlement disbursement.
He is currently attending law school to become a licensed attorney in both Nevada and California. When not working or studying, he enjoys going to the movies, rock climbing, and spending time with his wife and family. Despite moving to Las Vegas, he remains a loyal supporter of the Chargers & Padres.

During her time at ASU, she interned with organizations supporting refugees and immigrants, solidifying her dedication to creating positive change. Prior to joining the legal field, Sandra gained valuable experience in the medical and hospitality industries, honing her skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving. This diverse background has equipped her with a unique perspective and the ability to approach challenges with creativity and adaptability. In her free time, you can typically find Sandra at one of her favorite restaurants, seeking out crafting materials, or cozied up at home with a book.

Genoah was born and raised in Las Vegas, making her a native of the city. From a young age, she has always loved helping others in any way she can. As soon as she graduated from high school, she instantly stepped into the workforce. Genoah has previous experience in the medical lien field, which drove and inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field and become a part of the Naqvi team. In her free time, Genoah loves going out with friends and family, creating some of the best memories. She also enjoys visiting coffee shops and reading a good book.

Jackie is a Case Manager Assistant at Naqvi Injury Law, bringing a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to her role. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Prior to joining the firm, Jackie spent over a decade teaching at various educational levels, including preschool, elementary, and secondary education.
Her extensive teaching background eventually led her to administrative roles within school settings. Besides her teaching and administrative expertise, Jackie has a solid foundation in customer service, clerical work, administrative tasks, and accounting. Known for her ability to multitask effectively, Jackie is committed to bringing the same enthusiasm, dedication, and knowledge to her current position at the law firm as she did in her educational career.
Originally from Santa Monica, California, Jackie has called Las Vegas her home for over 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her husband, two children, and their cat, particularly during their family movie nights.

Maria is a Las Vegas native, however, takes great pride in her Hispanic background of Jalisco, Mexico as that is where a lot of her time was spent growing up. She was previously in the Medical field prior to obtaining her associate's degree in legal studies and knows how important it is to provide excellent customer service and making great first impressions. She is very ambitious and eager to make a difference in the legal community with such an amazing team and is always willing to go the extra mile and lend a hand. She believes that knowledge is wealth and is always eager to learn.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family that includes her spouse, and her three beautiful children. She is the mother of one girl, and two boys that keep her on her toes, but fill her heart with joy. She believes that every day is a day to be happy and should always be looked at with a positive attitude.

Yazmin was born and raised in California but considers herself a Vegas native after living in the city for over ten years. Yazmin always knew that she had a passion for helping others and discovered her love for the legal field at her first personal injury law firm. Since then, Yazmin has continued to expand her knowledge in the field through her experience at various law firms and working for the Eighth Judicial District Court as a courtroom clerk. Yazmin is very personable and outgoing, and she takes pride in her excellent communication skills as well as her empathy for others. She is always willing to lend a hand and is looking forward to growing her knowledge of all things legal.
In her free time, Yazmin enjoys adventures with her boyfriend and relaxing with her dogs. Any excuse to be in nature is a treat for her, and you can also find her dancing the night away with her friends.

Mitchell is originally from New Mexico and moved to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law. While attending the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where he majored in business with a concentration in finance, Mitchell gained valuable experience in customer service and time management as he worked as a real estate agent during the day and as a server at night.
During his first year of law school, Mitchell displayed his knack for writing by receiving one of the top grades in his Legal Writing course. After his team won the 1L mock trial school competition, Mitchell learned that his true passion was not to solely become an attorney, but to pursue a career in litigation.
As Mitchell goes into his second year of law school, he is excited to take electives that align best with a career in personal injury, and to gain valuable experience working with our firm. In his free time, Mitchell likes to go to the gym, try new restaurants, and go on hikes.
