Blake Friedman is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law. Blake joined the team as a law clerk during his second year of law school and has worked solely on personal injury cases ever since. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Team and earned CALI awards in Advanced Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy and Pre-Trial Litigation.

Blake was born and raised right here in Las Vegas, and is a graduate of Silverado High School. After high school, Blake attended the University of San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. When he is not at the office, Blake enjoys playing sports, attending concerts and athletic events, and traveling.

Boyd School of Law, where he scored in the top of his class in the areas of Negotiation, Pre-trial Litigation, Mediation Advocacy, and Legal Writing. Since joining the firm, Paul has fought tirelessly for our clients in cases involving complex products liability issues, catastrophic injury, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice. In his spare time, Paul enjoys exercising, playing sports, and spending time with his family. Paul is a third-generation Las Vegas native who cares deeply about the Las Vegas community, its visitors, and residents.

She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2006 where she zealously advocated on behalf of low-income clients in the Defender Aid Clinic. Meghan grew up on a cattle ranch in Wyoming and is a former college basketball player. When she isn’t in the office, you can find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events or on the golf course.

Robert is an attorney that brings a diverse skill set to Naqvi Injury Law with a background in business finance and ongoing experience in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. Prior to joining the Naqvi team, he gained valuable insight into multiple areas of law through internships for the Nevada Secretary of State Securities Division, the U.S. Senate’s Las Vegas Immigration Division, and the Clark County District Attorney’s Appellate Division. He also worked as an insurance defense attorney and served as a judicial law clerk. While earning his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law, Robert achieved membership to the prestigious Gaming Law Journal. Additionally, he obtained his Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Clients can expect to benefit not only from Robert’s extensive knowledge, but also his geniality. He welcomes challenges with a friendly smile and relaxed confidence. Robert’s cheerful nature perfectly complements his hard-working ambition, giving him all the tools to represent clients during their time of need. Ryan was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Minnesota and graduated with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a double minor in History and Political Science. Ryan then attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where he graduated cum laude.

He passed the Nevada bar examination in 2000 and began working for an insurance defense firm. He spent the next 19 years working for firms that represented insurance companies and their insured. During that nearly two decades, Ryan learned how insurance companies evaluate and value cases. He now brings that wealth of experience and knowledge to Naqvi Injury Law to assist the firm’s clients in understanding how insurance companies work and how to maximize their recovery for injuries resulting from the negligence of others.

When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending Golden Knights games and cheering on the Packers.

She ensures the staff provides the highest level of customer service at all times, while maintaining a fun, and happy work environment for the employees.

In her capacity as the office manager, Jenae is responsible for all the day-to-day operations at the firm. She is a problem-solving virtuoso who always has the right answers thanks to her tremendous insight and impeccable judgment. Aside from Farhan and Ellie, Jenae is the longest tenured employee at the firm. Through many years of working side by side, the Naqvis have become more like family than co-workers to Jenae. Her unshakable loyalty is a testament to both her character and the Naqvis’ generosity. Together, they have developed a cooperative and jovial atmosphere at Naqvi Injury Law where hard work and fun times go hand in hand.

Not only is she proficient in client satisfaction, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every client walks away with a positive Naqvi experience.

In her free time, you will find Bonnie spending time with her family be it traveling, shuffling kids to soccer games, gymnastics practice, football games, or just enjoying movie night at home. Robert is a Las Vegas native, although he did leave the area temporarily to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Family, sports and music occupy most of Robert’s free time, and he has been a regular practitioner of Bikram Yoga since 2007. His lovely wife and adorable son are essential to his understanding that meaningful joy is achieved through being fully present and invested in what you do in life, and he is thrilled to be surrounded by so many other vibrant, happy people here at Naqvi Injury Law.

She seamlessly tailors her skills to meet a variety of demands from not only Farhan but also the staff and clients, making life at the office less stressful and more fun for everyone.

Rosa originally hails from California. She moved to Las Vegas in 2001 and feels at home under the neon lights, but still takes beach getaways as often as possible. Prior to joining the firm, Amoi managed the operations of a high-volume retail store for ten years, which taught her the importance of providing quality customer service. Kimmy joined Naqvi Injury Law after 6 years of providing high-end guest services on the Las Vegas Strip. With an extensive background in customer care, Kimmy's true calling in life is to help people. She possesses the natural ability to empathize with others and the drive to do what is right. Born and raised here in Las Vegas, Kimmy graduated from Palo Verde High School and she is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology so that she may provide counseling for adults and youth groups.

When she is not passionately working to provide top notch client care at the office, Kimmy thoroughly enjoys expressing herself by creating art. She also loves baking for her friends and family in her down time. If she is not throwing paint on a canvas or “licking the spoon” you’ll find her spending time with her 4 younger siblings that she loves more than anything in the world!

Jennifer is a previous client of Naqvi Injury Law, turned employee. Her scarring motor vehicle collision has given her a new form of empathy as well as a look into the world of personal injury. Thanks to the dedication and attention to detail that was applied to her case, Jennifer now encompasses the strong work ethic that is essential to the firm. Jennifer is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was inspired by the due diligence of her care takers and is looking forward to providing the same care to patients in the hospital and in the office.

Jennifer is originally from Las Vegas and comes from a close-knit family. When she is away from the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places.

Marisol joins Naqvi Injury Law with over a decade of compassionate customer service. Prior to joining Naqvi Injury Law, Marisol worked in the medical field as a surgery coordinator. This experience has given Marisol the tools to assist clients with care and compassion during difficult times. Marisol strives to treat others with delicacy and respect. Her everyday goal is to provide exceptional customer service.

When Marisol is not at the office, you can find her at her son’s sports activities or at her daughter’s cheer competitions. She also loves salsa dancing.

Adria truly enjoys her role as a Case Manager. She is an intelligent, kind, and compassionate person which makes her a perfect fit for her role at the firm. The time, dedication, and care she provides to her clients makes Adria amazing at what she does. Not only does she brighten up the office with her big smile, but she is always a crucial source of knowledge for her colleagues.

Prior to joining the Naqvi team, Adria began her legal career as the receptionist at an out of state personal injury law firm; eventually transitioning into Legal Assistant and Paralegal roles. Adria’s genuine passion for the law is one of the reasons she is an asset to the firm.

Since relocating to Las Vegas, Adria has taken full advantage of exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and hiking as often as possible with her partner. Adria is happy to call Las Vegas her home and looks forward to making a positive impact in our community.

Madelyn was born and raised in the small town of Fair Play, California and spent her teenage years living on the East Coast. Always a bookworm, Madelyn majored in English Literature at the University of Washington, Seattle and graduated in 2016. Madelyn first started working in journalism in college and continued working as a reporter after moving to Las Vegas. She immediately fell in love with the landscape and all the outdoors opportunities Nevada has to offer. As a passionate lover and defender of the environment, Madelyn has plans to go to law school and practice Environmental Law so that she can become an advocate for the Earth and preserve it for future generations.

Away from the office, Madelyn is an ardent live music fan and enjoys reading and writing.

Dania Batiste

Case Manager

As a Case Manager, Dania exhibits true passion and genuine care for all her clients and colleagues. She approaches each and every day with a positive attitude; and her friendly, fun personality is infectious.

Dania has an extensive, well-rounded legal background; starting as a Legal Secretary at a defense firm, then as a District Courtroom Clerk and Judicial Assistant handling high-profile criminal and civil cases. She also attended college in Fresno, CA, where she studied Stenography. Dania loves to help others, is a great multi-tasker, and takes pride in everything she does.

While away from the office, Dania enjoys spending time with her fiancée and fur baby, Mack. She and her fiancée are avid baseball fans (Let’s go, Mets!), with a goal of traveling to every baseball park in America. Dania also loves all things fashion, exploring Las Vegas, and going to the beach whenever possible.

Cynthia is part of the investigations team at the firm. She is originally from Salinas, California, but moved to Las Vegas in 2005. Cynthia managed to work two jobs and hold a 4.0 GPA in college. After graduating, Cynthia worked as a doctor’s assistant for over seven years. Always eager to learn more, Cynthia decided to join the legal field. Cynthia’s hard working and friendly attitude was a perfect fit for our firm.

Outside of the office, Cynthia is a dedicated mother to her daughters. Cynthia and her husband love volunteering to coach their daughters’ soccer teams. She enjoys going to the gym with her husband, but she also loves trying different types of food. Cynthia loves to travel and has plans to visit more countries in the future.

Ruth, a Guatemalan native, was raised and grew up in Las Vegas. Ruth’s positive and radiant attitude is felt by everyone who has the pleasure of working with and around her. Ruth has two older brothers and has the most fun while hanging out with her young niece, Lisa. Ruth is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in special education and plans to one day be a teacher in the Autism program.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, and perfecting her Ceviche recipe.

Stephanie Cisneros-Rojas

Stephanie Cisneros-Rojas

Stephanie was born in Los Angeles, CA, but has lived most of her life in the Las Vegas Valley. She joined Naqvi Injury Law after working in the real estate field. Her prior experience working with contracts and deadlines has allowed her to become a detail-oriented person which has greatly benefitted her as a legal assistant. She is a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, having obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Latin American Studies and Spanish. She plans to further her education by attending law school. Her prior work experience and diligent study habits motivate her to help all of our clients to the best of her abilities.

If Stephanie is not in the office, she is spending time with her family and pets. She enjoys being outdoors especially going on hikes with her dog Rocky to Red Rock Canyon, Mt. Charleston, or Zion National Park. She is a coffee fanatic and enjoys reading a good book.

Shelbi is a litigation assistant who is always eager to learn and to help those in need. She’s lived in Las Vegas for much of her life, and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Along with this, Shelbi has over five years of experience in various administrative duties within the medical field. With these experiences comes the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and keep those positive vibes.

In the future, Shelbi intends on pursuing a law degree. In her free time, she loves being with her family, especially her three dogs. Shelbi also loves reading, travelling, and the New England Patriots.

Madyson moved to Las Vegas and joined the Naqvi Injury Law team after living in Louisiana her whole life. She set out to pursue her passion for exploration, as well as a rewarding career in the legal field in which she could delight in caring for clients who deeply deserve empathy. With a bachelor’s degree in English from Nicholls State University and several years’ experience in customer service, Madyson devotes her kindness and attention to detail to a positively impactful team here at Naqvi as a litigation assistant.

Outside of the firm, Madyson enjoys attending concerts, playing board games with friends, cooking, and touring every mountain and museum in Nevada. She also looks forward to frequently phone calls with her friends and family from out of state and spending quality time with her tabby cat.

Isabella is a Las Vegas native who spent time living in Anchorage, Alaska. She joined Naqvi Injury Law shortly after graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her passion for law developed at a young age and is devoted to the legal field. Isabella plans to continue her legal studies and to advance in her legal career. After spending time managing the front desk at a local hotel, she developed a keen sense of service and strives to show compassion when assisting all clients. When she is not in the office, Isabella enjoys traveling with family and friends.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Ashley joined the Naqvi team with prior knowledge and experience in the medical field. She has learned first-hand the importance of care our clients need and deserve in such difficult times. Her experience allows her to provide a strong work ethic, an ability to empathize, and to deliver top-notch customer service. Ashley is currently training to one day join the police academy and is also continuing her education by pursuing a degree in forensic science.

Away from the office, you can find Ashley playing tourist in the city trying all the new hot spots, watching scary movies and shopping.

Born and raised in Germany, Katrin moved to Las Vegas in 2012. Katrin’s career in the legal field started many years ago as a paralegal in her home country. Katrin’s strong work ethics and impeccable organizational skills make her a wonderful asset to the team as a File Clerk.

Away from the office, Katrin is a dedicated mother to her beautiful twins and a 100lb German Shepherd. Together they enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. Katrin loves to cook and has some serious sewing skills. The outdoor opportunities and exploring the southwestern states are her favorite part of living in Nevada.

Vladana Dervisevic

Vladana Dervisevic

Vladana is a law clerk at Naqvi Injury Law. She received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she clerked for the San Diego Public Defender and served as appellate law clerk for the Georgia Public Defender Council’s Appellate Division. She is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the Naqvi team, Vladana worked at an insurance defense law firm, gaining valuable insight into common tactics large insurance companies use in accident related matters. Clients reap the benefit of her considerable knowledge, experience, and personal investment in every case.

Vladana was born in Europe and raised in Las Vegas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. As a member of Delta Zeta, she devoted countless hours volunteering and organizing philanthropic events in the Las Vegas community. In her spare time, Vladana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, reading, and traveling. She is fluent in Croatian, Bosnian, and Serbian.

Before joining Naqvi Injury Law, Alondra worked for several years at a law firm that practiced in multiple areas of law. In this role, Alondra managed a high-volume call center and provided clients with courteous treatment along. Alondra believes there is no greater joy than ensuring excellent customer service which provided the perfect foundation to join a team that is customer-focused and empathetic.

When out of the office, Alondra enjoys weight training, experiencing new restaurants and breathing the air of new places with family and friends.

Alex is a Wyoming native who learned hard work and dedication at a young age. She relocated to Las Vegas to further her career and continue to grow and excel in a field she loves. Alex has extensive knowledge in customer service, human resources, accounting, and the legal field. She takes pride in helping others and making sure all tasks are done diligently, efficiently, and correctly the first time. Alex was introduced to the legal field at a law firm in Wyoming where she began as a legal assistant. Due to her perseverance and grit, she was promoted into the business operations role where she was a true asset to the firm.

During her time away from the office, Alex enjoys spending quality-time with her two amazing children, two fur babies, and family. Other times you will find her playing softball, on a boat at the lake or simply enjoying quiet time at home.

Leticia joined Naqvi Injury Law after 7 years of providing covert Customer Service and Integrity Evaluations through a locally owned Private Investigations Firm. With an extensive background in customer service, compliance and quality, Leticia’s passionate about the care that customers receive. She possesses the natural ability to empathize with others and the drive to do whatever it takes to ensure accuracy, quality and client satisfaction. Raised here in Las Vegas, Leticia graduated from Trinity High School and achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.

When not found at the office, Leticia is at home spending quality time with her husband. Leticia is a homebody who enjoys spending time reading, taste-testing her husband’s culinary creations, hosting game nights for her friends, and watching Hulu & Netflix while cuddling with her two fur-babies, Bubs and Sasha. Leticia is part of a close-knit family and spends time with her nieces and nephew going to concerts, food festivals and local wrestling events.

Prior to joining the team at Naqvi Injury Law, Blanca worked in the Real Estate field for nearly 16 years before deciding to make a career change and venture into something new. Blanca prides herself on being helpful, respectful and kind to others. She truly believes that a smile goes a long way.

In her spare time Blanca loves to travel, enjoy yummy food, explore and take in nature – especially beautiful sunsets and big moons. You can also find her reading or listening to educational/self-improvement podcasts in her downtime.
