Elizabeth Coats

Attorney

Elizabeth Coats is an extremely gifted lawyer. She is a fierce settlement negotiator and excels in the areas of legal research, writing, and client relations. Elizabeth’s efforts litigating and arbitrating the firm’s cases has resulted in millions of dollars’ worth of settlements for Naqvi Injury Law clients.

Elizabeth is a graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she received the highest score of any student in her class in the areas of Pretrial Litigation and Trial Advocacy. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys exercising and attending music festivals.

Paul Albright

Attorney

Paul is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed to represent clients in all of Nevada’s state and federal courts. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law, where he scored in the top of his class in the areas of Negotiation, Pre-trial Litigation, Mediation Advocacy, and Legal Writing. Since joining the firm, Paul has fought tirelessly for our clients in cases involving complex products liability issues, elevator injuries, catastrophic injury, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

Paul is a third-generation Las Vegas native who cares deeply about the Las Vegas community, its visitors, and residents. Prior to joining the firm, Paul attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. In his spare time, Paul enjoys exercising, playing sports, and spending time with his family.

Meghan Reed

Attorney

Meghan has dedicated her career to seeking justice for injured people. She is licensed to practice in Nevada, Colorado and Arizona, and has obtained lucrative results for thousands of clients at Naqvi Injury Law since 2016. She is ruthless in negotiations, and leaves no stone unturned in investigations to expose safety issues and overturn liability denials. Meghan enjoys getting to know her clients, and is truly passionate about delivering zealous representation and the ultimate customer service experience.

Meghan is no stranger to rolling up her sleeves to get the job done and fighting for the win. She is a former basketball player and grew up on a cattle ranch near Gillette, Wyoming. She is a graduate of University of Wyoming College of Law and Chadron State College in Nebraska. Prior to relocating to Nevada in 2015, Meghan was in-house counsel for the Colorado Department of Corrections working on federal civil rights litigation and prison reform. While in law school, she assisted the Wyoming Public Defender’s Office appellate division on homicide and death penalty cases and worked as a case manager to disabled and at-risk youth in the community. When Meghan is not working, she is with her two children, Traejan and Justice, and beloved pitbull, Deoji. She also enjoys being with her Naqvi co-workers, attending sporting events and golfing.

Michael Brown

Attorney

Michael is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed to represent clients in Nevada and California. He received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California where he graduated Cum Laude and with honors in Business Law. Michael obtained multiple Dean’s List distinctions and received the top grade in his classes for Legal Writing and Negotiation and Arbitration Resolution. Michael primarily helps clients with cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury.

Michael has practiced law on both sides of the personal injury law. After clerking for Judge Valarie Adair in Nevada District Court, he worked for an insurance defense firm. Michael realized his passion for helping people switched to the plaintiff’s personal injury where he is able zealously advocate for the rights of injured clients. Michael was born and raised in Las Vegas and loves this community. In his spare time, Michael enjoys golfing, playing and watching sports, and attending live music shows.

Melissa Yeghiazarian

Attorney

Melissa is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed to practice in the state of Nevada. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law, where Melissa served as an editor on the Nevada Law Journal. Melissa’s passion for assisting people comes from her prior roles as a case manager and legal assistant. She is proud to bring this experience with her in ensuring her client’s interests are well represented. Melissa has since used her skills to fight tirelessly for our clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Melissa attended California State University, Northridge, where she graduated magna cum laude and was on the Dean’s List during her entire undergrad career. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, and exploring the new city she calls home.

Jason Miller

Attorney

Jason is a tenacious advocate at Naqvi Injury Law, renowned for his unwavering dedication to securing maximum compensation for his clients. With meticulous attention to detail and tireless efforts, Jason consistently surpasses insurance company evaluations, ensuring his clients receive fair and just results.

A native of Las Vegas, Jason's deep-rooted commitment to his community drives his passion for providing compassionate and effective legal representation. His impressive track record speaks volumes about his strategic acumen and dedication to securing favorable outcomes for his clients.

Before embarking on his legal career, Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial intricacies involved in personal injury cases.

Jason's pursuit of excellence extends to his academic achievements, having earned his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where he ranked among the top in Advanced Legal Writing, Torts, and Trial Advocacy.

Licensed to practice in Nevada and Arizona, Jason's commitment to justice extends beyond the courtroom. When not advocating for his clients' rights, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and traveling.

Jacob Suty

Attorney

Jake is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed in the State of Nevada. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he graduated cum laude. Jake also scored in the top of his class in the areas of Pretrial Litigation, Civil Procedure, and International Human Rights Law. Jake also received a CALI Award for scoring the highest in his Sports Betting & Fantasy Sports class.

Jake originally joined the Naqvi team as a clerk while he was still attending law school. As a law clerk, Jake gained valuable litigation experience assisting senior attorneys as they handled complex cases involving wrongful death, commercial vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Jake is passionate about helping people receive restitution for the harm they suffered as a result of the wrongdoing of others.

Born and raised in California, Jake first moved to Nevada to attend the University of Nevada, Reno where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduation, Jake moved to Las Vegas to begin his legal career, and has absolutely fallen in love with all the city has to offer. In his free time, Jake enjoys exploring Nevada’s beautiful public lands on his ATV and working on his truck.

Ana Murguia

Pre-Litigation Attorney

Ana is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed in the state of Nevada. Ana was born in Mexico but has lived in Las Vegas since she was 2. Since a young age, Ana loved to help others and envisioned herself as an attorney. Ana attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Ana then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. During her time in law school, Ana took courses specializing in insurance law, litigation strategies and negotiations, and clerked at a criminal defense firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Ana worked as a practicing attorney at a property law firm defending clients against banks. In her spare time, Ana enjoys trying new foods, traveling, spending time with her family and golden retriever Milly, and if she has time—napping.

Nikki Levy Buyukliev

Attorney

Nikki is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed to practice in Nevada and the District of Columbia. She received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. where she graduated with honors. Nikki served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and as a student attorney in the Health Rights Law Clinic, where she helped low-income clients access critical medical care. She was awarded an ABA and Bloomberg Award for Excellence in the Study of Health Law. Nikki is also a proud Trojan, earning both a BS in Public Policy and Law and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.

Nikki has always been a fierce defender of her clients’ rights. Prior to joining the firm, Nikki investigated and prosecuted employers for engaging in unfair labor practices as an attorney with the federal government. Her past experience being seriously injured by a drunk driver drives her desire to succeed in getting the best possible recovery for her clients. Nikki knows first-hand how important it is that her clients feel heard and supported throughout the process of obtaining justice.

Nikki was born and raised in Las Vegas and feels privileged to serve the community she loves. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys playing tennis, cheering for our Vegas sports teams, and spending time with her husband and family.

Michael McGrady

Attorney

Michael is an attorney at Naqvi Injury Law and is licensed in the State of Nevada. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he graduated cum laude. During his time in law school, he was a Senior Staffer on the Nevada Law Journal and took courses to specialize in business and commercial law.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a practicing attorney at a medical malpractice firm defending hospitals. After gaining substantial litigation experience, Michael wanted to switch to plaintiffs' personal injury, where he could help people and ensure the maximum recovery for their injuries. Having grown up in Las Vegas, Michael is dedicated to giving back to the community that he has called home for most of his life. In his free time, Michael enjoys snowboarding, exercising, cooking, and spending time with his pets.

Aaron Bagherpour

Attorney

Aaron is a combat veteran with the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division, where he led his fellow soldiers on dozens of combat patrols during his deployment to Afghanistan. His military service taught him the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication in challenging and dynamic environments.

Transitioning from Aaron's military service to his role as a fierce advocate for his clients, his experience in the military instilled in him invaluable qualities such as composure, patience, and a focus on strategic objectives—traits that directly benefit his approach to legal advocacy.

Aaron earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Security from the University of Washington in Seattle. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he completed mediation and negotiation courses from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Aaron's professional experience extends beyond traditional legal roles. He has worked at various startups on their legal teams, focusing on regulatory compliance and legal operations. Additionally, Aaron has gained valuable insights into legal strategy and advocacy through his work for a jury consulting firm.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys playing pickleball and golf, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife and their two Goldendoodles, Molly and Bogey.

Ellie Naqvi

Legal Administrator

Ellie is the legal administrator at the firm. She has several years of managerial and human resource experience. She graduated from York University – Toronto, Canada, where she was an elected student Senator, was named to the Dean’s list, and served on prestigious executive committees. Ellie has worked in the personal injury field for many years and truly enjoys helping injured clients getting their lives back. She ensures the staff provides the highest level of customer service at all times, while maintaining a fun, and happy work environment for the employees.

When not at work, Ellie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys good food and exercising.

Jenae Page

Office Manager

In her capacity as the office manager, Jenae is responsible for all the day-to-day operations at the firm. She is a problem-solving virtuoso who always has the right answers thanks to her tremendous insight and impeccable judgment. She balances fierce determination with benevolent charm and is never too busy to offer a smile.

Aside from Farhan and Ellie, Jenae is the longest tenured employee at the firm. Through many years of working side by side, the Naqvis have become more like family than co-workers to Jenae. Her unshakable loyalty is a testament to both her character and the Naqvis’ generosity. Together, they have developed a cooperative and jovial atmosphere at Naqvi Injury Law where hard work and fun times go hand in hand.

When Jenae isn’t taking care of business at the office, you can typically find her traveling the world and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two brilliant children.

Elvira Molina

Team 2 Lead - Accounting & Distributions

Elvira is a serious multi-tasker and has many important duties within the firm, including client relations, distribution of cases and assisting the office manager with many different tasks. Elvira previously worked in the medical field and this experience allows Elvira to better serve the firm’s clients. She is a team player, and you can always count on her to get something done in a pinch.

Elvira enjoys spending quality time with her husband, and especially enjoys traveling. During her free time, she likes to do activities like dancing, cooking, volunteer work for church or just simply spending time with friends and family.

Bonnie Lopez

Claims Team Manager

Bonnie Lopez is a claims team manager here at Naqvi Injury Law. She moved to Las Vegas from Phoenix, Arizona and joins the firm with 11 years of personal injury experience. In Arizona, Bonnie worked at one of the largest personal injury law firms and held various management positions. Not only is she proficient in client satisfaction, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every client walks away with a positive Naqvi experience.

In her free time, you will find Bonnie spending time with her family be it traveling, shuffling kids to soccer games, gymnastics practice, football games, or just enjoying movie night at home. Her motto is “treat others the way you would like to be treated” and she carries that motto in the way interacts with every person that comes her way.

Eileen Rich

Litigation Paralegal

Eileen prepares the firm's most complex cases for trial with the litigation department at Naqvi Injury Law. When the heat is on and the pressure is high, Eileen has proven time and again that she will rise to meet any challenge. Her professionalism is irreproachable, and her effortless charm makes fast friends. But her most defining attribute is her quick wit that she uses to fill the office with laughter.

Outside of work, Eileen obtained a degree in legal studies while raising her three children. All that and she still finds time to brunch so hard. Whether sipping on champagne or working late to meet a deadline, Eileen will leave you with a smile on your face.

Tracie Becker

Team 1 Lead - Accounting & Distributions

Tracie is a team lead in the Accounting & Distributions department at Naqvi Injury Law, leading the way with extreme integrity and a sincere desire to benefit our clients. Although you may not see her, she works behind the scenes meticulously analyzing each case and working closely with providers to ensure that our clients receive the maximum amount of money in their pocket.

When Tracie isn’t crunching numbers at the office, she enjoys practicing Pilates, or going to music festivals and being a cat mom. Regardless of where she is or what she is doing, her conscientious and fun-loving attitude is always on display.

Robert Hunter

Litigation Paralegal

Robert is a litigation paralegal at Naqvi Injury Law who excels at legal writing, performing research and maintaining positive client relations. He joined our team with more than ten years of paralegal experience under his belt, which equipped him with the knowledge he needs to provide invaluable support to our attorneys in the litigation process.

Robert is a Las Vegas native, although he did leave the area temporarily to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Family, sports and music occupy most of Robert’s free time, and he has been a regular practitioner of Bikram Yoga since 2007. His lovely wife and adorable son are essential to his understanding that meaningful joy is achieved through being fully present and invested in what you do in life, and he is thrilled to be surrounded by so many other vibrant, happy people here at Naqvi Injury Law.

Maggie Martinelli

Case Manager Lead

Maggie is a Case Manager at Naqvi Injury Law with over 10 years of personal injury experience. She has spent most of her life living in Las Vegas. Prior to beginning her career as a legal assistant, she worked as a secretary at a law firm where her commitment and hard work allowed her to move up to several different positions at the firm.

Maggie is very family-oriented and prides herself on being surrounded by positive influences. Her daughter and son are the most important people in her life and she credits her happy demeanor to the joy they bring her every day. Maggie treats everyone that she meets as if they are family and her dedication to the law is what makes her an asset to Naqvi Injury Law.

Randi Gomez

Accounting and Distributions

Randi has mastered several different positions at our firm. Randi’s current position is part of the disbursement team. Randi specializes in her consistent dependability, high efficiency and exemplary customer service making a great addition to the disbursement team. She seamlessly tailors her skills to meet a variety of demands within the firm. Randi’s continued eagerness to learn has made her new transition ideal.

Away from the office, Randi relives her own stress by participating in many sports activities alongside her husband, Jonny. They’re also avid VGK fans. Go Knights, go!

Bailey Plumlee

Team 3 Lead - Accounting & Distributions

Born and raised in sunny Las Vegas, Bailey ventured out and attended chilly Northern Arizona University. At NAU Bailey was an active member of Alpha Omicron Pi and was committed to paying it forward by serving charities such as Project Homeless and Health Active Research Team. Bailey comes from a heavy customer service background and her meticulous and helpful attitude allows her to serve our clients in the accounting and distributions department.

When work permits, Bailey enjoys exploring Nevada off the beaten path with her husband and two children or spending time with friends and her large, extended family in the Valley.

Tarah Ryan

Case Manager

Tarah has been in the legal field since 2006. She started off as a file clerk and then transitioned into being a legal assistant at an insurance defense firm. She then received her paralegal certificate in 2012 from the University of Arizona and in 2016, she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix. Tarah loves to help people, has great organization, research, customer service and multi-tasking skills.

Tarah has lived in Las Vegas for almost her entire life, but most of her family lives on the East Coast. In her spare time, Tarah enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, traveling, especially to Disneyland and Disneyworld, watching football (Go Eagles!), shopping and hiking.

Rachel Bounds

Litigation Paralegal

Rachel is a litigation paralegal at Naqvi Injury Law. She previously worked for an insurance defense firm as a paralegal with a focus on general liability cases. She has assisted in multiple trials, has great customer service and organizational skills, and is a true go getter.

Rachel was born and raised in Las Vegas. She loves spending time with her hubby, their dogs and desert tortious, traveling, and going to car events. She also is a huge Pittsburg Steelers fan, loves shopping, and loves spending her Friday nights at the Speedway with her husband and friends running their cars down the track.

Nidia Valenzuela

Receptionist

Nidia’s bright smile lights up the reception desk at Naqvi Injury Law. Prior to joining the firm, she mastered the art of maintaining poise under pressure while supervising a utility company’s customer service call center. She is always happy to help and meets every challenge with grace and unending patience.

Nidia is a California transplant who seizes every opportunity to return to the beach. Otherwise, away from the office she can typically be found at the gym or curled up in bed reading a good book. She is a devoted wife and loving mother of two handsome boys.

Thais Sepulveda

Intake Specialist

Having grown up in New York City, Thais understands the value of having a strong work ethic and an open mind. But what really makes her shine is her outgoing, warm-hearted attitude. She always wears a smile on her face and knows just what to do to make her clients feel welcome and at ease.

Away from work, Thais enjoys spending her days with family out in the Vegas heat and her nights with friends under the Vegas lights.

Tayler Flory

Legal Assistant

Tayler joined our team thanks to a love of the Las Vegas community and the desire to help serve the people of that community. Born in Wisconsin, she has lived in a variety of places around the world due to her time in the United States Air Force but the vibrancy, diversity, and wonderful weather of the valley is why she now calls it her “forever home”. Coming from several years in military and public education service, Tayler’s commitment to the public and experience with customer service will only enhance her ability to serve our clients and contribute to the five-star reputation of the firm.

When not at the firm, Tayler enjoys photography, travel, learning new languages, kendo, and spending time with her husband and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Enyi.

Dionna Calderon

Case Manager

Dionna is from the small town of Needles, CA. She developed an interest in the law at a young age and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in 2017. Dionna plans to continue her education in legal studies, and there is no limit to her potential. She takes great pride in the quality of her work and is always eager to lend a helping hand. She is willing to come in early, stay late, and do whatever is necessary to ensure that her job is done well.

Dionna loves to help people and is grateful to be a part of the Naqvi family, working for a firm that truly cares and does so much to give back to the community. In her spare time, Dionna enjoys traveling, attending music and sporting events, and spending time with her friends and family.

Camille Hendrix

Case Manager Assistant

Camille is a Las Vegas Native and graduated from Las Vegas High School. Camille works behind the scenes in the File Clerk department. Prior to joining the firm, she worked on the strip for over 10 years as an Administrative Assistant.

Outside of the firm, Camille enjoys spending quality time with her three kids, family, and friends. Camille is fueled by iced coffee and music and is an avid football and True Crime podcast fan.

Cynthia Lindsay

Case Manager

Cynthia’s diverse professional background includes working as a branch manager for a financial institution, managing her own fitness club franchise, and spending several years as an analyst for an investment group. She also attended Michigan State University, where she majored in Human Development Family Services. Since moving back home to Las Vegas, she has successfully applied her wide-ranging expertise and proven to be an integral part of the Naqvi family as evidenced by her swift promotion to the position of case manager.

During her time away from the office, Cynthia enjoys traveling, going to music festivals, and rooting on the MSU Spartans with her husband and their miniature yorkie named Sparty. Go Green!

Shirleen Peterson

Legal Assistant

Shirleen is an investigations legal assistant at the firm. She has several years of managerial, human resource and safety experience. Shirleen is another Las Vegas native on the Naqvi Injury Law team. She was born and raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Clark High School, where she was an elected student home room Representative, was named to the National Honor Society, and served on several other teams. When not at work, Shirleen truly enjoys spending quality time with her family – especially her adorable grandchildren.

Kimberly Castelan

Case Manager

Kimmy joined our team after providing high-end customer services on the Las Vegas Strip for over five years, and, with an extensive background in customer care, her true calling in life is to help people. Kimmy is very lively, bringing a bright feel to the work-space. She has a work hard mentality with a positive outlook on everything; she carries the natural ability to empathize with others, making her a perfect fit to help manage cases for our clients here at Naqvi Injury Law.

When she is not passionately working to provide top notch client care at the office, she loves spending time with her four younger siblings and expressing herself through the creation of art.

Marisol Hernandez

Intake Specialist

Marisol joins Naqvi Injury Law with over a decade of compassionate customer service. Prior to joining Naqvi Injury Law, Marisol worked in the medical field as a surgery coordinator. This experience has given Marisol the tools to assist clients with care and compassion during difficult times. Marisol strives to treat others with delicacy and respect. Her everyday goal is to provide exceptional customer service.

When Marisol is not at the office, you can find her at her son’s sports activities or at her daughter’s cheer competitions. She also loves salsa dancing.

Cynthia Torres

Case Manager Assistant Lead

Cynthia was born in California, however, Las Vegas has been her home since 2005. As a Case Manager, Cynthia loves working with our great team and being part of the Naqvi family. Cynthia is not only resilient, but has a great work ethic. She has the ability to adapt to any situation which makes her a key player to our team. Cynthia’s experience in the medical field is a perfect addition to the firm as she offers a caring, dependable, and friendly attitude the firm strives for.

Outsite of the office, Cynthia is a devoted wife and a loving mother to her daughters. She enjoys going on adventures, traveling and visiting other countries.

Ruth Palacios

Legal Assistant

Ruth, a Guatemalan native, was raised in Las Vegas. Ruth’s positive and radiant attitude is felt by everyone who has the pleasure of working with and around her. Ruth has several years of experience with businesses whose first priority were its customers which makes working at Naqvi Injury Law a great fit. She enjoys giving the best customer service along with a smile felt through the phone when you reach our office.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and you may just find her at your nearest Dutch Bros drive-thru.

Ashley Estrada

Team Lead - Accounting and Distributions

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Ashley joined the Naqvi team with prior knowledge and experience in the medical field. She has learned first-hand the importance of care our clients need and deserve in such difficult times. Her experience allows her to provide a strong work ethic, an ability to empathize, and to deliver top-notch customer service. Ashley is currently training to one day join the police academy and is also continuing her education by pursuing a degree in forensic science.

Away from the office, you can find Ashley playing tourist in the city trying all the new hot spots, watching scary movies and shopping.

Katrin Tuazon

File Clerk

Born and raised in Germany, Katrin moved to Las Vegas in 2012. Katrin’s career in the legal field started many years ago as a paralegal in her home country. Katrin’s strong work ethics and impeccable organizational skills make her a wonderful asset to the team as a File Clerk.

Away from the office, Katrin is a dedicated mother to her beautiful twins and a 100lb German Shepherd. Together they enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. Katrin loves to cook and has some serious sewing skills. The outdoor opportunities and exploring the southwestern states are her favorite part of living in Nevada.

Alex Norman

Case Manager

Alex is a Wyoming native who learned hard work and dedication at a young age. She relocated to Las Vegas to further her career and continue to grow and excel in a field she loves. Alex has extensive knowledge in customer service, human resources, accounting, and the legal field. She takes pride in helping others and making sure all tasks are done diligently, efficiently, and correctly the first time. Alex was introduced to the legal field at a law firm in Wyoming where she began as a legal assistant. Due to her perseverance and grit, she was promoted into the business operations role where she was a true asset to the firm.

During her time away from the office, Alex enjoys spending quality-time with her two amazing children, two fur babies, and family. Other times you will find her playing softball, on a boat at the lake or simply enjoying quiet time at home.

Leticia Clay

Legal Assistant

Leticia joined Naqvi Injury Law with an extensive background in customer service, compliance, and quality. Leticia is passionate about the care that clients receive. She possesses the natural ability to empathize with others and the drive to do whatever it takes ensure accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction. Raised here in Las Vegas, Leticia graduated from Trinity High School, and achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UNLV.

Commitment, passion, and integrity can be used to define Fernanda. Born in the sunny state of California, raised in the bright lights of Las Vegas, Fernanda’s passion for helping others started at a young age. It’s important to Fernanda that our clients feel at ease and know that she will help throughout the entire process with a bright smile on her face. As the oldest of three children, and the only girl, she knows what it takes to be a role model and help when needed. Fernanda takes great pride in everything that is within her capacity. Fernanda looks forward to pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with the intention to continue to grow and help those in need.

Aside from her passion for helping others and being there for her family, Fernanda loves to travel, create memories with her family and explore the wonders of Las Vegas through its many restaurants and entertainment.

Jennifer Vela

Litigation Paralegal

Jennifer is a litigation paralegal at Naqvi Injury Law. She previously worked as a paralegal at an insurance defense firm, focusing on Construction Defect and Personal Injury/General Liability cases for over ten years. Jennifer’s excellent organizational skills really shine in her daily work and has been a great asset when she has assisted with several trials over the years. She is always pleasant and willing to help.

Jennifer is originally from El Paso, Texas, but has called Las Vegas her home for more than fifteen years. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology before deciding to further her career and education, obtaining a degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of Southern Nevada. She loves traveling and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.

Abi Medina

Law Clerk

Abi believes every client poses a unique opportunity to prove his motto in life. “Ifyou don't wake up in the morning excited to pick up where you left your work yesterday, you haven't found your calling yet.” - Mike Wallace. Naqvi Injury Law is Abi’s second home. As such, he treats every person he interacts with like family. Abi takes pride in providing elite customer service and ensures each one of his client’s needs are met.

Abi is originally from California and has a beautiful wife and daughter. When Abi isn’t working hard to ensure his clients have the best possible experience, he enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his family.

Heidi Ackah

Heidi is an Executive Assistant at Naqvi Injury Law. She comes to us with an extensive background in wedding and event planning management. Her background and experience have set her up for success with managing the various tasks she handles here at the firm, whether this be administrative tasks, event planning or overall assistance with maintaining a positive office culture. Her attention to detail, impeccable customer service and friendly personality are what make her a wonderful asset to the firm.

Heidi is originally from Portland, Oregon, however she has lived in Las Vegas for many years now. She originally moved to Vegas to attend UNLV; however, after earning her Bachelor’s Degree, she gained a true love for this city and made this her permanent home. She has a strong love for traveling and learning about different cultures. Above all, she loves spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.

Noemi Guizar

Case Manager

Noemi is a long time Las Vegas resident originally from sunny Southern California. She graduated from Western High School and then went on to graduate from College of Southern Nevada with an Associate of Arts degree.

Noemi brings over 13 years of legal experience to her role as Case Manager at Naqvi Injury Law. With an extensive background in customer service, she is ready to assist clients with any kind of issue that may arise from their personal injury claim. Noemi’s ambitious personality drives her to do the very best for her clients and she is always willing to go above and beyond to provide them with an exceptional experience.

Noemi is married with three amazing boys (two of which are identical twins) and is a bonus mom to another three wonderful children (two of which are also twins). She loves having a big family with a busy household. To relax, Noemi loves to travel, and her favorite destination is New York City. You can also find Noemi’s household getting loud on game days when the Dallas Cowboys or the New York Yankees are playing. It is unfortunate her husband cheers for the 49ers, but it makes some game days just more interesting.

Angel Robles

As a Las Vegas local, Angel’s passion for her community goes beyond measure. Prior to joining the Naqvi team, Angel worked in roles that allowed her desire to be of service to her community. Her dedication, integrity and passion are just a few reasons why Angel excels in her role. Angel is the epitome of a team player and is always more than happy to offer encouraging words to anyone she comes across.

When not in the office, you can find Angel working out, exploring the Valley’s many restaurants with her husband, and baking fun and delicious cakes. Angel also enjoys playing with her fur baby and spending time with friends and family. Las Vegas has and always will be home to Angel, and she is so excited to be part of the Naqvi family!

Sofia Noriega Antillon

Case Manager Assistant

Born and raised in Mexico City, Sofia moved to Texas at the age of 12. Sofia has always had an interest in the legal field and above all, she’s passionate about helping others. Sofia is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas and plans on furthering her career in the legal field upon graduation. Sofia’s compassion and empathy make her an excellent part of the Naqvi team.

Chelse Rathnayake

Legal Assistant

Chelse is a legal assistant at Naqvi Injury Law. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Chelse is the youngest of two children. Chelse attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology with the goal of one day being a lawyer. Throughout her undergraduate career, Chelse learned the importance of professionalism, accountability, integrity, and respect; concepts she applies to all areas of her life. Through her prior work experience in customer service, Chelse learned the value of empathy and treating people with the utmost respect and kindness. This is what drove Chelse to seek a position at Naqvi Injury Law. She was drawn to their exceptional customer service and ability to treat each and every client as if they were family.

Outside of her time at the office, Chelse spends a majority of her time prepping for the LSAT. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family, playing her violin, recording music, going on extensive Netflix binges, dirt biking, and traveling.

Sarai Martinez

Case Manager Assistant

Sarai is a case manager assistant here at Naqvi Injury Law. She became interested in the legal field at a young age. Being a daughter of immigrants, she has seen family members struggle to navigate the legal system and that inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field. After high school, Sarai moved from her small town of Jackpot, NV to Las Vegas to attend UNLV where she graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice and minor in Political Science. More recently, Sarai completed a paralegal certificate course. She is passionate about her work and Sarai is always eager to help.

In her free time, Sarai enjoys exploring the beautiful nature that surrounds Las Vegas, whether it be hiking at Red Rock and Mt. Charleston or swimming in the Colorado River. She also enjoys going to music festivals (avid Life is Beautiful goer!), tending to her plants, and trying new vegan restaurants in town!

Ivana Escobedo

Case Manager Assistant

Ivana is a Las Vegas native and has had an interest in the legal field from a young age. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Political Science. This has given her a deep understanding of social institutions and people on a micro and macro level, which has further inspired her drive to continue her education. She hopes to attend law school soon and to lead a successful career as an attorney.

Outside of work, Ivana has a passion for environmental issues and volunteers for the Nevada Conservation League. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.

Jasmine De La Cruz

Case Manager Assistant

Born and raised in New York, Jasmine was ready for a change and decided to move to Las Vegas with her family. Jasmine has thrived in customer service positions since 2003 and is always eager to help others, especially when they need it most. Jasmine shifted careers from the automotive industry to the legal field to continue providing great customer service to her community.

Outside of work Jasmine enjoys spending time out with my family and binge-watching shows on Netflix.

Ashley Martinez

Born in the heart of Los Angeles California, Ashley has called Las Vegas her home for more than a decade. As an intake specialist, Ashley loves helping others and fits right in with our family. Ashley has always had a passion for learning different roles and challenging herself to accomplish big things. With the legal field now being part of her journey, she is passionate about learning and growing with our Naqvi Family.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her parent’s; with COVID transforming our lives, she knows the importance of love and family. She loves traveling, as we can all learn beautiful things from this world, and spending time with her co-workers outside of work. If there is one thing Ashley believes the world needs more of, it is love, peace, and kindness as you never know whose day you might make.

Alexis Croissy

Case Manager

Alexis Croissy takes pride in her ability to communicate and provide great customer service. Her love for people and dedication drives her motivation to be as thorough as possible. She is an Ohio native, who relocated to Las Vegas in 2014. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2018. After graduating, she jumped into the legal field as it has been a passion of hers since she was a child. In 2019, Alexis received her Notary certificate for the state of Nevada and continues to pursue higher education. She aspires to attend Law School in the future.

Alexis is happily married and loves to paint, camp and garden. In her free time, she loves to visit her in Laws-in the Bahamas and travel abroad. She loves a challenge and is currently learning Hebrew and Spanish. She is happy to call Las Vegas her home and looks forward to making a difference in our community.

Agnes Kang

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii Agnes moved to Vegas in 2010. She attended CSN originally to pursue nursing but changed to Paralegal studies and graduated during the pandemic. Agnes plans on going back to school for her Bachelors in the future. With coming from an island and being spoiled by the gorgeous beaches of Hawaii, she tends to enjoy the winter season in Vegas over the summers. During the winter season Agnes loves to travel around to snowboard.

Kala Kelly

Case Manager Assistant

Originally from the Midwest, Kala began her journey in the legal field while in college. Her compassion for helping others and energetic personality helped her to establish amazing relationships with both clients and professional peers. Kala has a positive outlook on life, which has helped her to exceed at having amazing customer service.

During her free time, she enjoys living life with her husband, fur babies, family and friends. She loves going to concerts, watching & playing sports, jamming out to music and getting caffeine from a good cup of coffee. And if she’s not doing that, she’s probably watching movies of all genres. Kala loves to travel with her husband and loves it when friends and family join them. She’s looking forward to their next adventure!

Samantha Schneider

Samantha is a case manager assistant at Naqvi Injury Law. Born in California but raised in Henderson. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Nevada State College. With an extensive background in customer service and her compassionate personality, she has been a great addition to our firm.

If Samantha is not on a hike enjoying the beautiful sunsets in our valley, she is spending time with her Goldendoodle, Waffles.

Shaunda Penosa

Case Manager

Shaunda joined the Naqvi team as a dedicated Case Manager Assistant after seven years of personal injury experience in the medical field. She was born and raised in California, but moved to Las Vegas in 2014. Shaunda comes from an extensive medical background and obtained an BA in Psychology. She has been a great addition to our Naqvi team with her great customer service and strong attention to detail in her work.

Outside of the office Shaunda is a proud mother of three daughters and two fur-babies. In her spare time you will find her searching for the next beach she wants to visit, eating churros at Disneyland and making memories with her daughters.

Shany Kanfi

Law Clerk

Shany is a dedicated and ambitious law clerk in our firm’s esteemed litigation department. As a law clerk, Shany has shared an office with Elizabeth Coats, Paul Albright, and Jason Miller where she has gained immense practical and legal knowledge.

During her time in law school, Shany was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Eric Johnson where she sat through five jury trials. Through this experience, Shany gained firsthand exposure to the intricacies of the courtroom.

Now, as Shany completes her final year of law school, she is equipped with a wealth of knowledge regarding the complexities of litigation. We are eager for her to graduate, pass the Nevada Bar exam, and embark on the next chapter of her legal journey as a personal injury attorney. We are positive she will continue to excel and aid those who have been wrongfully injured.

Juli Hiramoto

Litigation Assistant

Juli’s sharp mind and diligent work ethic make her an ideal fit for the litigation department at Naqvi Injury Law, where she helps to prepare cases for trial. Juli successfully completed her paralegal studies and joined the firm with a solid understanding of the complexities of law.

Having grown up on the island of Oahu, Juli was raised in an atmosphere of generous hospitality, which instilled in her a welcoming and affable nature. She moved to Las Vegas in 2010 and instantly felt at home in the city, although she does still miss those beautiful ocean views and her friends back in Hawaii. When Juli isn’t hard at work, her favorite way to unwind is spending time with her shih tzu, Gizmo.

Rachael Randolph

Legal Assistant

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Rachael’s love for the Las Vegas community is at the center of everything she does. Prior to joining the team at Naqvi Injury Law, Rachael graduated from UNLV with a Bachelors’ degree in Romance Languages, focusing on French and Spanish. She levied these skills into a career in education where she worked in a local high school with Spanish first language students and taught English as a second language in France. Rachael’s extensive background in language learning and education serve as a valuable asset in joining Naqvi Injury Law. Compassion, relentlessness, and excellence are at the center of everything Rachael does, whether it be motivating students to excel in every situation or ensuring that our clients receive the best legal help possible. It is these qualities that make Rachael an excellent fit with the Naqvi team.

Outside of the office, Rachael enjoys swimming with friends, binging Netflix, and spending quality time with her nephew. If you can’t find her doing these things, she’s probably plotting her next trip abroad or studying for the LSAT.

Diana Escobedo

"Born in Mexico and raised in Las Vegas, Diana knew at a very young agethat she wanted to help others. Since 2016, the legal field has afforded Diana the ability to advocate for victims in tough times of their lives. Currently a Litigation Assistant here at Naqvi Injury Law, Diana is excited to further her education in hopes of one day becoming a paralegal.

Diana spends the majority of her spare time with family and friends, traveling, hiking and being a dog mom to a beautiful blue nose.

Mirna Loyola

Mirna’s professional background includes spending several years working at the Justice and Municipal Court as a Courtroom Clerk and prior to joining the firm she worked at the 8th Judicial District Court as a Courtroom Clerk Supervisor. She brings a comprehensive set of skills that are valuable to the firm.

Gennifer Echevarra

Originally born in Cuba, Gennifer was raised in Las Vegas, NV. Prior to joining Naqvi Injury Law, she was a manager at a fine dining restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, which has trained her to multitask and have excellent customer service. She hopes to further her education and get a degree in Criminal Justice.

In her free time, Gennifer loves to travel with her family. She also competes in chess tournaments and likes to play golf with her friends.

Arely Galicia

Arely was born in Mexico, but grew up in Las Vegas and considers herself a native. Arely has an extensive background in giving the best customer service possible. She takes pride in all her work and excels in challenging situations. Arely also enjoys coming into work with a positive attitude and a warm smile.

While she enjoys spending time and sharing laughs with her colleagues at Naqvi, she also loves spending time with her loved ones. Most of the time you will find her at home reading a book or binge watching scary movies.

Kathleen Mason

Kathleen Mason is a case manager assistant at Naqvi Injury Law. After 9 years of working in administrative healthcare for offices specializing in orthopedic care, she decided to switch fields and join the firm so she could continue to assist people suffering from injuries and pain. Along with exceptional organizational skills and a driven, positive attitude, Kathleen brings her expertise in medical billing, health insurance, and customer service to the firm.

Kathleen was born in northeastern Pennsylvania and moved to Las Vegas in 2006. When she's not working, she is typically indulging in reality television or spending time with her family & two cats.

Kaylinda Rodriguez

Case Manager

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Kaylinda is highly motivated and thrives on organization and attention to detail. She has 11 years experience working in different areas of the medical field. Cross trained to assist in various departments, she loves to expand her knowledge and assist wherever she can. She enjoys helping others, showing empathy, patience and compassion to those who need a listening ear. Her previous experience has helped her to better understand what our clients are going through and lending a helping hand.

Kaylinda enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children and husband. She has a love for cooking and entertaining family and friends, baking, planning parties and events, attending concerts and dancing. Kaylinda does volunteer work with her church and enjoys helping others.

Devin Rodriguez

Devin is a driven individual who moved from Miami, Florida to pursue her legal interests. Suzy Holguin

Suzy was born and raised in Southern California but has called Las Vegas home since 2009. Having originally studied fashion, she went on to work in the fast-paced hospitality field for 8 years prior to joining the firm. Although you may not see Suzy behind the scenes in her capacity as file clerk, she is proud to be part of the Naqvi family.

In her spare time Suzy loves cooking at home, watching old movies, traveling and spending time with her husband. Places you might find her at include a bingo hall, concert venue or boba shop.

Trey Stewart

Intake Specialist

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Trey enjoyed being involved in the community from an early age. He spent his summers during high school training for cross-country and track competitions. After graduation, he attended TMCC and UNR in Reno. After moving back home at the start of the pandemic, Trey soon began his career within the legal community at a court reporting firm before joining the Naqvi team.

You can catch Trey at the Vegas Theatre Company during his time off from work enjoying local art and performances.

Braxton Pendleton

Braxton is a kind-hearted individual hailing from the state of Nevada who has a passion for helping the less-fortunate and making a positive impact on people's lives. With over seven years of experience in the customer service industry, Braxton has honed his skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. However, his true passion lies in law, and he is currently studying to become a lawyer. Braxton's ultimate goal is to use his legal skills to help those in need and provide them with the support they require to overcome their challenges.

Additionally, he often thinks about ways to retire early and travel the world, as he believes that there is much to learn from different cultures and experiences. His dedication to giving back to the community is evident in his volunteer work at local shelters. Braxton is also an avid sports enthusiast and for the most part, enjoys playing and watching various sports with his friends and family. In his free time, he likes to explore new hobbies and experiment with new food recipes. Overall, Braxton is excited to see where life takes him and how he can continue to make a positive impact on the world.

Anthony Rainford

Anthony is the systems administrator at Naqvi Injury Law. He joined the firm after working closely with them for many years during his decade long career as an IT managed services provider. He excels at problem solving and adapting to the ever-evolving tech field. He enjoys helping people and learning new skills in and outside of the tech sphere.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Anthony grew up playing many sports. He still enjoys tennis, volleyball, golf, and soccer. He spent 2 years abroad in Mexico where he gained a love for the culture and language. His best times are spent with his 2 sons. They enjoy being outdoors together and love the Golden Knights."

Cindy Casillas

Cindy is a Las Vegas Native. Cindy joined the Naqvi team after being in the Insurance industry for over 5 years with extensive background in customer care. Her experience allows her to provide a strong work ethic, an ability to empathize with others. Cindy aspires to work with clients in need of top-notch customer service and a strong sense of teamwork with her positive attitude and a warm smile. She has a bubbly personality and always makes sure to put a smile on anyone she meets. Cindy loves learning new things and expanding her knowledge to assist wherever she can.

During her time away from the office you will catch Cindy planning the next trip away with her husband. Robert Bellucci

A Las Vegas native, Robert is currently pursuing a dual degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at UNLV, with aspirations to continue his postsecondary education at the William S. Boyd School of Law to pursue his JD. Outside of his educational pursuits, Robert has been very involved in the UNLV community through various diverse leadership positions such as the Chief of Staff for CSUN's student body president, Vice President of the UNLV mock trial team, Chair on the College of Liberal Arts Dean Student Advisory Council, as well as president of various honor societies across campus such as Psi Chi and Phi Eta Sigma.

Beyond his academic and leadership pursuits, Robert values spending time with his family, friends and lively pack of dogs and cats, giving back to the community through volunteer work, and rooting for his hometown champions, the Vegas Golden Knights!

Jose Marin-Hernandez

Accounting & Distributions Assistant

Jose is an assistant for Accounting & Distributions at Naqvi Injury Law. He joined our team with more than ten years of legal experience under his belt, which equipped him with the knowledge and experience he needs to provide invaluable customer service to our clients.

Born in California, raised in Las Vegas, Jose joined the United States Army once he graduated high school. Serving in the military for a total of seven years. After four years of active-duty service, Jose decided to move back to Las Vegas and complete his last three years of military service in the United States Army Reserves. He also attended the College of Southern Nevada and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where Jose earned his Associates of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Spanish for the Professions. In his spare time, Jose enjoys sports, music festivals, hiking, and traveling.

Julie Do

Case Manager Assistant

Julie's passion in advocating for others who cannot speak for themselves, led her to Naqvi Injury Law. She started her legal career working as an intake specialist at another firm that handled mass torts. Knowing what she does can make a difference in someone's life, pushes her to strive in her daily work. Aside from gaining joy from helping those at Naqvi, Julie also finds joy in food, nail art, astrology, pumpkin spice, and spooky season.

Jillian Spach

Case Manager

Jillian was born and raised in Las Vegas and loves to watch how our community has grown. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. After graduating Jillian knew she wanted to work in the legal field, so she obtained her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband and son, reading a new book, or looking for a new restaurant to try!

Treasure Guffy-Rivera

Case Manager Assistant

Treasure was born and raised in southern California, but is a true gypsy at heart. She has spent most of her adult life traveling the world as a Singer/ Songwriter/ Recording Artist/ and Entertainer. It was her singing career that first led her to Las Vegas at age 20, and since then she has performed in almost every Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. She has had many performances on Cruise Ships, Resort Hotels, and Nightclubs in 18 different countries around the world. She is so grateful for the stability, flexibility, camaraderie, and family atmosphere she has found working at Naqvi Injury Law. When she is not busy being a Case Manager Assistant by day, you can still find her performing nightly at numerous venues on the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas.

Samira Pantoja

Intake Specialist

Although born and raised in California, Samira has found herself loving the city and community that is Las Vegas. She loves to help those around her, making her the perfect fit for Naqvi Injury Law. Samira has several years of experience in patient care and 5-star customer service allowing her to be compassionate to those who need it. Samira takes pride in having a strong work ethic, while still maintaining an out-going personality. She loves to make others laugh and brighten up a room.

Outside of work, Samira enjoys spending her free time playing with her dog, shopping, and finding new ways to be creative. She also enjoys discovering new food places and going to baseball/basketball games.

Diego Velasquez

Case Manager

Diego was born and raised in San Diego, CA, but has called Las Vegas his second home for decades. His passion for advocacy can be traced back to his participation in SD County’s Mock Trial competition for La Jolla Country Day’s inaugural team. While at Whittier College, he revived the school’s dormant Speech & Debate Club. He frequented Las Vegas as a college student to campaign for local, state, and federal candidates.

Upon graduating, he began working for an attorney/mediator who entrusted Diego with managing his first personal injury caseload. He learned how to handle all aspects of pre-litigation from intake to settlement disbursement.

He is currently attending law school to become a licensed attorney in both Nevada and California. When not working or studying, he enjoys going to the movies, rock climbing, and spending time with his wife and family. Despite moving to Las Vegas, he remains a loyal supporter of the Chargers & Padres.

Sandra Crnogorac

Sandra is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for the law and a commitment to helping others. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, Sandra developed a solid foundation in justice principles and a deep understanding of advocacy. During her time at ASU, she interned with organizations supporting refugees and immigrants, solidifying her dedication to creating positive change. Prior to joining the legal field, Sandra gained valuable experience in the medical and hospitality industries, honing her skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Genoah was born and raised in Las Vegas, making her a native of the city. From a young age, she has always loved helping others in any way she can. As soon as she graduated from high school, she instantly stepped into the workforce. Genoah has previous experience in the medical lien field, which drove and inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field and become a part of the Naqvi team. In her free time, Genoah loves going out with friends and family, creating some of the best memories. She also enjoys visiting coffee shops and reading a good book.

Jackie Ferrier-Vaughan

Case Manager Assistant

Jackie is a Case Manager Assistant at Naqvi Injury Law, bringing a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to her role. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Prior to joining the firm, Jackie spent over a decade teaching at various educational levels, including preschool, elementary, and secondary education.

Her extensive teaching background eventually led her to administrative roles within school settings. Besides her teaching and administrative expertise, Jackie has a solid foundation in customer service, clerical work, administrative tasks, and accounting. Known for her ability to multitask effectively, Jackie is committed to bringing the same enthusiasm, dedication, and knowledge to her current position at the law firm as she did in her educational career.

Originally from Santa Monica, California, Jackie has called Las Vegas her home for over 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her husband, two children, and their cat, particularly during their family movie nights.

Maria Cuevas

Intake Specialist

Maria is a Las Vegas native, however, takes great pride in her Hispanic background of Jalisco, Mexico as that is where a lot of her time was spent growing up. She was previously in the Medical field prior to obtaining her associate's degree in legal studies and knows how important it is to provide excellent customer service and making great first impressions. She is very ambitious and eager to make a difference in the legal community with such an amazing team and is always willing to go the extra mile and lend a hand. She believes that knowledge is wealth and is always eager to learn.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family that includes her spouse, and her three beautiful children. She is the mother of one girl, and two boys that keep her on her toes, but fill her heart with joy. She believes that every day is a day to be happy and should always be looked at with a positive attitude.

Yazmin Quinones

Intake Specialist

Yazmin was born and raised in California but considers herself a Vegas native after living in the city for over ten years. Yazmin always knew that she had a passion for helping others and discovered her love for the legal field at her first personal injury law firm. Since then, Yazmin has continued to expand her knowledge in the field through her experience at various law firms and working for the Eighth Judicial District Court as a courtroom clerk. Yazmin is very personable and outgoing, and she takes pride in her excellent communication skills as well as her empathy for others. She is always willing to lend a hand and is looking forward to growing her knowledge of all things legal.

In her free time, Yazmin enjoys adventures with her boyfriend and relaxing with her dogs. Any excuse to be in nature is a treat for her, and you can also find her dancing the night away with her friends.

Mitchell Nunez

Law Clerk

Mitchell is originally from New Mexico and moved to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law. While attending the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where he majored in business with a concentration in finance, Mitchell gained valuable experience in customer service and time management as he worked as a real estate agent during the day and as a server at night.

During his first year of law school, Mitchell displayed his knack for writing by receiving one of the top grades in his Legal Writing course. After his team won the 1L mock trial school competition, Mitchell learned that his true passion was not to solely become an attorney, but to pursue a career in litigation.

As Mitchell goes into his second year of law school, he is excited to take electives that align best with a career in personal injury, and to gain valuable experience working with our firm. In his free time, Mitchell likes to go to the gym, try new restaurants, and go on hikes.
