A coroner’s inquest is significantly different from a criminal or civil trial. At a trial, both the prosecution or plaintiff and the defense have a chance to argue their side of the story in court. At an inquest, only the district attorney is allowed to present a case before the jury renders its verdict. So the jury only hears one side of the narrative.

It is helpful to anticipate driving situations which can result in traffic accidents before a collision occurs. For instance, if a freeway lane on I-215 is ending in a quarter mile and there is a car in that lane next to you, you can reasonably assume that the car will need to merge into your lane. Swing Sets Recalled Due to Injury Hazards

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled hundreds of swing sets because parts of them can crack and break, which can cause injuries to children who are playing on them. The swing sets were manufactured as far back as 1998 by the companies known as Kompan and BigToys, both of which are located in Washington state.
